# AiVisionBot

> AiVisionBot is AI computer vision software by VYROX (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) that puts cameras to work beyond security CCTV: defect inspection, rubber glove inspection, palm fruit bunch grading, quarry truck and payload tracking, stockpile volume, PPE compliance, livestock and aquaculture counting, pharma line checks and kitchen hygiene. It runs on edge boxes or in the cloud and is powered by AiServa (VYROX), so models can run on the customer's own AI server and vision events can trigger alerts, webhooks, MQTT and API actions.

## Facts
- Status as of October 2026: Mining, Quarry and Heavy Plant is live (custom YOLO model on Ultralytics Enterprise, payload percentage per trip). Defect inspection, rubber glove inspection, stockpile volume, PPE and smoke early warning are available as paid pilots. Other use cases are on the roadmap.
- Works with IP, industrial line and drone cameras. Video can stay on site; only events, snapshots and counts need to leave.
- Model stack chosen per job: Ultralytics YOLO26, RF-DETR, ByteTrack, BoT-SORT, Meta SAM 2 / SAM 3.1, OM AI VLX-Seek, Qwen3-VL, PaddleOCR, Anomalib, MMPose, TensorRT, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime.
- Limits: visual smoke detection is not a certified fire alarm; measurement needs calibrated cameras; medical imaging support is not a regulated diagnosis.
